Tomorrow morning I'll be flying off to Shanghai for a 4 day trip. I'm so excited! =) The sad thing is I'll be arriving there the day after Phong leaves. =( What a terrible coincidence. Looks like our plans for meeting up halfway around the world just totally blew up in our faces. Despite that, I'm sure my aunt and I will still have a great time in Shanghai. Neither of us have been there before and we've already lined up all these different sights to see. Chinese pagodas, tea gardens, canal cities, custom made silk gowns and "Bruce Lee balls" here we come! =P

hahaha xiao long bao sooooo good. you should go to that super expensive street to eat those. hmmm i think it's nanjing rd. errr i forget, i just followed ppl there. I went there and had a 500yuan meal that fed 7 people, so it's a good deal!
oh and the ball burst and burned the back of my throat =(

I'm also curious to know what are "bruce lee balls", unless that's the english translation for xiao long bao, because I know what that is. =)
